Allegro develops commodity management software for energy, agriculture, and oil & gas industries. Their software provides solutions and promotes improvement for commodity trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
This rebrand required an update that kept the equity of the original brand’s name and logotype intact. The stylized “A” in Allegro was adjusted to improve legibility, and its curve inspired the design of the new logomark that would help characterize their software solutions. The shapes created by these changes influenced the graphic language of the brand.
The added logomark was designed to allude to the scalability and modularity of Allegro’s software solutions. The color palette was inspired by the industries served by their software. Identity Standards were developed and encompassed all business needs including typography system, stationery, corporate brochure, trade show display, and brand photography.
A complete icon collection was illustrated to represent all the industries and solutions managed through their software. These icons were used within the Oculus, a visualization of Allegro’s 360° visibility and scalability.
